Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
We collect: (a) information you provide — your name and email address, and your responses to the assessment; (b) purchase information — your billing country and postal code, the last four digits of your card, and a payment token (your full card number and security code are entered directly into our payment provider's secure fields and are never received or stored by us); (c) results we generate — your estimated score and cognitive-domain breakdown; and (d) technical and usage data collected automatically — your IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, and how you interact with the site, including through cookies and similar technologies.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: provide the assessment and deliver your results; create and manage your account and subscription; process payments and prevent fraud and abuse; send transactional messages (such as receipts, login links, and account notices) and, where permitted, service and marketing emails you can opt out of at any time; provide customer support; measure and improve the service and our marketing; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the assessment, account, and subscription you request); our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, measure, and improve the service and prevent abuse), balanced against your rights; your consent (for optional marketing and non-essential cookies, which you can withdraw at any time); and compliance with legal obligations. If you are in the United States, applicable state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA) may give you similar rights, described below.
4. Third parties & processors
We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed to run the service: a third-party payment provider (to charge your card and manage subscriptions); cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers; email delivery providers (transactional and marketing); a customer-support provider; analytics and advertising providers (to measure usage and marketing performance); and a content-delivery and security provider. We do not sell your personal data. Some providers may process data in the United States or other countries; where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: account, results, and subscription records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward; transaction and billing records for as long as the law requires (typically several years for tax and accounting); and technical and analytics data for a shorter period. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of marketing (use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email) and, where applicable, of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal data (we do not sell it). To exercise a right, contact us via the /contact page or the address in our Legal notice. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
7. Contact
For any privacy question or request, contact MindMetric LLC via the /contact page, or by post at 30 North Gould Street, Suite N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
