You can cancel your subscription at any time from the self-serve cancellation page.
Refund eligibility
The one-time charge to unlock your detailed results is for digital content delivered immediately and is generally non-refundable once those results have been made available. The training subscription is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, cancel within 7 days and, where you were charged, request a refund of that charge. After the guarantee period, payments for completed billing cycles are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We may make exceptions at our discretion, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
Refund timeframe
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Cancelling takes effect immediately for future billing; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
