1. Service description
By accessing IQlipse or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. IQlipse provides an online cognitive assessment — a timed, 28-question test that generates an estimated score and a breakdown across cognitive domains — together with an optional paid subscription to cognitive-training exercises. The assessment is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only; it is not a clinically administered or professionally validated psychometric or medical test, and results should not be relied upon for any diagnostic, employment, academic, or clinical decision. We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
2. Subscription & billing terms
Unlocking your full results is a one-time charge. It also starts a 7-day trial of the training subscription, which then renews automatically at $29.90 per month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the self-serve cancellation page (/manage); cancelling stops all future charges.
3. Refunds
The one-time charge to unlock your results is for digital content delivered immediately and is generally non-refundable once those results have been made available. The training subscription is backed by a 7-day money-back guarantee, as described at checkout and in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To cancel or request a refund, use the self-serve cancellation page (/manage) or contact us via the /contact page.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use IQlipse only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You will not: access, copy, scrape, or redistribute the test questions, answer keys, or scoring logic; interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the service, its security, or its infrastructure; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to take the assessment or create accounts; resell or share access to paid content; or use the service in any way that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and the accuracy of results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindMetric LLC and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the assessment or its results. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
